We met with Randall and 2 other designers and contractors to lay out the scope of the initial project. (Only…) Randall and his designer listened and understood what we were trying to build. They developed a scope of work that met our desires and worked with us to establish a realistic budget for the project. The difficulties of melding a new construction with an existing footprint were effectively solved and resulted in a beautiful Roofed Outdoor living area that includes an outdoor fireplace, TV and full kitchen. We have since used Randall for several small repair jobs and have always found him to be reliable and infinitely honest in his dealings with us.

I moved into a house that needed a lot of work, we were given Randall’s name by our Real Estate Agent and personal friend. Randall has been professional, skillful, and his prices were very fair. He is a perfectionist which is a great trait for a general contractor. Randall had to rebuild a cabinet frame for a wall oven to be mounted correctly. Our new oven had some specifics that were a little odd ball. The company we bought the unit from was going to charge us … more than Randall just to make the cuts. Also, they were not going to reframe the oven which actually requires a frame so that it sits flush on our cabinets. For Randall’s price we had the cuts made correctly, he hand made the frame, and worked around my schedule. I would certainly use his service again in the future and would tell any of my friends to contact him as well.
